Our new Minister and Family
On Tuesday evening 1 September at the Induction service at Ledbury church we welcomed the Rev'd Deborah Cornish and her family into the Herefordshire (South & East) circuit. The Chair of Birmingham District, Rev'd Bill Anderson along with the Superintendent minister Rev'd David Meachem were there to welcome Deborah and to hear Rev'd Barry Lumley preach to a church filled with folk from all parts of the circuit and many friends who had journeyed from distant parts of the UK. It was an evening to remember and we look forward to Deborah and her family's time with us here in Herefordshire.

A
Quiet Space
When was the last time you took time out of a hectic schedule to experience peace, quiet and tranquillity. We so rarely make space to do this that we forget how healing it can be. On the second Wednesday of the month we are offering a ‘Quiet Space’.
All are welcome to come and experience silence, meditation and the
opportunity to learn how to switch off. This would suit you if you are young or
old, whether you work or are retired.

On Sunday evening 3 November 2007 Bromyard Methodist Church welcomed friends
from the town and the Malvern & Ledbury Circuit of the Methodist Church to a
service where we celebrated the 150 years of the church here in Bromyard and just as importantly the 50 Years service of Rosemary Lloyd as a Methodist
Local Preacher. Rosemary was presented with her framed certificate of Recognition during the service by the Superintendent Minister Rev.Catherine
Campbell Hyde assisted by our own minister Rev. Jayne Webb. Rosemary started her time as a Local Preacher as a young girl in the Ludlow Circuit in the
same year that she married Ray and so this year of 2007 is a Golden one in every way. The packed full church heard how Rosemary cycled to the many
country chapels around Ludlow to take services and the Rev Catherine speak
of the love and high regard in which Rosemary is held both within the church and the wider community.
